Our Process

The best time for aeration is during the growing season, when the grass can heal and fill in any open areas after soil plugs are removed. In the Midwest this would be the cooler seasons in the early spring or fall and those with warm season grass in the late spring.

We have invested in quality lawn service equipment which allows us to aerate more than 100,000 square feet per hour. It is our answer to the labor intensive process of core aeration. The full floating tine head with down pressure allows the operator to maneuver around obstacles. The hydraulic system lifts the tine head in less than 3 seconds for quick turnarounds.

Our specialized machine extracts cores from the lawn surface up to 3.5 inches deep. Lawn must freshly mowed before service begins and all sticks and debris removed from the lawn surface. All sprinkler heads must be clearly marked if they exist. All underground systems must be buried at least 6" under the surface. We are not responsible for damage to any unmarked sprinkler devices, or any utility or water systems not buried at least 6" underground.
